The roster

Who you actually get.

Three quarters of our engineers hold a clearance or public trust, up to Top Secret and TS/SCI. Every seat below is filled by a senior full-time employee, and the same people stay on your engagement from architecture through handover.

Toby Groff, Chief Executive Officer [ 01 ]

Toby Groff

Chief Executive Officer

Toby leads Norseman, Inc., the parent company of Norseman Defense Technologies and Norseman Services, built over more than thirty-five years. The defense business came first. The platform practice was built on top of its discipline, not alongside it. Otherwise he's on a golf course or a boat, usually with family, and hard to reach on either.

Josh Soper, Chief Revenue Officer [ 02 ]

Josh Soper

Chief Revenue Officer

Josh is building and leading a high-performance technology consultancy focused on senior talent, accountability, and measurable outcomes, with ServiceNow as its first domain of specialization. Outside of work he is happiest with family, in the ocean, or on the golf course, and believes most good days start with a cold plunge.

Greg Yuh, VP, Solutions Consulting [ 03 ]

Greg Yuh

VP, Solutions Consulting

Greg has worked the platform from all four sides: as a customer, as a global ServiceNow support leader, as a ServiceNow employee, and now from the partner side. Fifteen years of that, across public and private sector, means he has usually seen how a program ends before it starts.

Eric Martinez, VP, ServiceNow Practice & Delivery [ 04 ]

Eric Martinez

VP, ServiceNow Practice & Delivery

Eric leads post-sales delivery across staff augmentation, implementations, and managed services, which means he owns the part of the relationship that begins after the promises have been made. Outside work he owns a theater company and takes the stage himself. It's the one place he'll accept a script.

Sean Adorno, Director, Talent Acquisition & Marketing [ 05 ]

Sean Adorno

Director, Talent Acquisition & Marketing

Sean runs talent and marketing at Norseman Services, which mostly means finding senior people and telling them the truth about what they're walking into. Charleston-based, married, three kids. Surfs when it's good, rides bikes when it isn't.

Jade Elvis, Lead Recruiter [ 06 ]

Jade Elvis

Lead Recruiter

Jade leads talent acquisition and human resources across Norseman, which starts with qualifying what a program actually needs and ends with keeping the people who can do it. She is a devoted foodie who will drive out of her way for a good local spot, and otherwise happiest active, outdoors, and with her dogs.

Jessica Wilkinson, Operations Manager [ 07 ]

Jessica Wilkinson

Operations Manager

Jessica leads operational processes and systems, with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and cross-functional coordination. She also owns financial planning, accounting, reporting, and compliance, with deep expertise in NetSuite. Outside work she is usually planning the next trip, drawn to the places and cultures she has not seen yet.

Jonathan Campbell, Senior Director, Public Sector [ 08 ]

Jonathan Campbell

Senior Director, Public Sector

Jonathan brings nearly thirty years of cross-industry leadership to Norseman's public sector work, turning complex modernization programs into clear and measurable results. The rest of the time he is a long way from home, collecting passport stamps, eating whatever the locals insist he try, and wedged into the front row of any live music he can find.

Forged in defense

Boutique team. Enterprise backbone.

We operate like a small firm because we are one. Behind us stands Norseman, Inc., which has delivered for the federal government for more than thirty-five years and also owns Norseman Defense Technologies. You get the attention of a boutique and the endurance of an institution. That is not a tradeoff. It is the design.
